Super Stars FC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct applies to players, parents/guardians, coaches, staff, and spectators. Participation in Super Stars FC activities constitutes agreement to abide by this Code of Conduct.
1. Player Conduct
- Show respect to teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents.
- Play fairly and follow the rules of the game.
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
- No bullying, harassment, discrimination, or violence.
- Arrive on time and be prepared for practices and games.
2. Parent & Guardian Conduct
- Support and encourage all players positively.
- Respect coaching decisions and referee calls.
- Refrain from yelling instructions from the sidelines.
- Communicate concerns respectfully and privately.
- Ensure player punctuality and readiness.
3. Coach & Staff Conduct
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Lead by example with professionalism and integrity.
- Teach skills, teamwork, and respect.
- Never tolerate abuse or unsafe behavior.
4. Spectator Conduct
- Cheer positively for all players.
- No abusive language, gestures, or behavior.
- Respect officials, coaches, and club staff.
5. Disciplinary Action & Acknowledgment
Violations of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, removal from activities, or permanent dismissal from Super Stars FC. Participation in Super Stars FC activities constitutes agreement to abide by this Code of Conduct.
1. Team Commitment
- Show up — your team depends on you.
- Notify coaches in advance for any missed team event.
- Missed practice or games without notice = reduced playing time.
2. Punctuality
- Be early — arriving on time is arriving late.
- Late arrivals will receive extra conditioning.
3. Respect
- Teammates, referees, opponents, fans — respect everyone.
- No trash talk, no verbal abuse.
- Represent the club positively on social media and in public.
4. Discipline
- Follow instructions from coaches and captains.
- Respect decisions made by officials at all times.
- Arguing with referees, captains, or coaches = immediate suspension.
- Repeated misconduct = suspension or removal from the team.
5. Appearance
- Wear the kit — and wear it correctly.
- Training attire must be team-approved.
- Clean, proper gear is required every session.
6. Team First
- No egos — the team is greater than any individual.
- The badge comes before personal stats.
- Maintain a positive, winning attitude — on and off the field.
7. Fitness & Health
- Stay in shape — fitness is your responsibility.
- All injuries must be reported to coaches immediately.
- No drugs, no alcohol.
8. Fair Play
- Play hard, play honest.
- No diving or simulation — ever.
9. Communication
- Keep all communication with coaches and captains professional.
- Team group chats and meetings must remain respectful.
- Conflicts are handled with maturity and respect, not drama.
10. Consequences
- Suspension from matches and loss of playing time.
- Financial fines as determined by club leadership.
- Dismissal from the team for serious or repeated violations.
