Super Stars FC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct applies to players, parents/guardians, coaches, staff, and spectators.

1. Player Conduct

  • Show respect to teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents.
  • Play fairly and follow the rules of the game.
  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
  • No bullying, harassment, discrimination, or violence.
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for practices and games.

  • Support and encourage all players positively.
  • Respect coaching decisions and referee calls.
  • Refrain from yelling instructions from the sidelines.
  • Communicate concerns respectfully and privately.
  • Ensure player punctuality and readiness.

3. Coach & Staff Conduct

  • Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
  • Lead by example with professionalism and integrity.
  • Teach skills, teamwork, and respect.
  • Never tolerate abuse or unsafe behavior.

4. Spectator Conduct

  • Cheer positively for all players.
  • No abusive language, gestures, or behavior.
  • Respect officials, coaches, and club staff.

5. Disciplinary Action

Violations of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, removal from activities, or permanent dismissal from Super Stars FC.

6. Acknowledgment

Participation in Super Stars FC activities constitutes agreement to abide by this Code of Conduct.

General Rules

1. Team Commitment

  • Show up.
  • Notify for any missing team event.
  • Miss practice or games without notice, you lose minutes.

2. Punctuality

  • Be early.
  • Late arrivals = extra conditioning.

3. Respect

  • Teammates, refs, opponents, fans—respect all.
  • No trash talk, no abuse.
  • Represent the club positively on social media and in public.

4. Discipline

  • Follow instructions.
  • Respect decisions made by officials.
  • Arguing with refs, captains or coaches = suspension
  • Repeated misconduct = suspension or removal from the team.

5. Appearance

  • AWear the kit, wear it right.
  • Training attire must be team-approved.
  • Clean, proper gear every time.

6. Team First

  • No egos.
  • The badge comes before personal stats.
  • Maintain a positive, winning attitude — on and off the field.

7. Fitness & Health

  • Stay in shape.
  • Injuries must be reported immediately.
  • No drugs, no alcohol.

8. Fair Play

  • APlay hard, play honest.
  • No diving.

9. Communication

  • Keep it professional communicating with coaches and captains..
  • Team group chats and meetings must remain professional.
  • Conflicts handled with respect.

10. Consequences

  • Suspension from matches and lose minutes
  • Get fines
  • Dismissal from the team

© During practices or matches, players must remain focused : ...no unnecessary talking on the field.
