• Parents/guardians are responsible for player behavior and punctuality.
• Respect toward coaches, referees, teammates, and opponents is mandatory.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in suspension or removal.

4. Health, Safety & Medical Consent

Participation in sports involves physical activity and inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Parents/guardians confirm the player is medically fit to participate.
• The Club may seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.
• Any medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.

5. Media, Photos & Videos

Super Stars FC may take photographs or videos during practices, games, and events for promotional, educational, or historical purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for the use of such media unless you submit a written opt-out request.

6. Website Use

• You may not use the website for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Content may not be copied or reused without permission.
