Super Stars FC is a community-based football (soccer) club dedicated to player development, sportsmanship, and teamwork. We are committed to building strong athletes and leaders both on and off the pitch.

• Players must meet age and eligibility requirements set by the Club.
• Parents or legal guardians must register minors on their behalf.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• The Club reserves the right to accept, deny, or cancel registrations at its discretion.
• Re-registration may be required each season or year.

• Players must follow all club rules, codes of conduct, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for their player's behavior, attendance, and punctuality.
• Respect toward coaches, referees, teammates, and opponents is mandatory at all times.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or abuse may result in suspension or permanent removal from the club.
• Players are expected to arrive on time for all training sessions and matches.

Participation in sports involves physical activity and inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

• Parents and guardians confirm that the registered player is medically fit to participate.
• The Club may seek emergency medical treatment if a player requires urgent care and parents cannot be reached.
• Any known medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed to coaches in advance.
• Participants are encouraged to maintain personal health insurance coverage.

Super Stars FC may take photographs or videos during practices, games, and events for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for the use of such media in club communications, social media, and website content unless you submit a written opt-out request to superstarfc25@gmail.com.

• You may not use the website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Website content including text, images, and graphics may not be copied or reused without express written permission from Super Stars FC.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any website content at any time without notice.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Nebraska, where Super Stars FC is based and operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Nebraska.
